- Account and workspace notifications to our customers (founders) who opt in by texting START to +1 (815) 542-3417 — such as approval requests, reminders, and service alerts.
- Conversational administrative messages (scheduling, reminders, document-request follow-ups) between a customer's process assistant and people involved in that customer's process. The assistant only replies to and continues conversations with numbers that have opted in by texting the process number first or texting START.
Customers opt in by texting START to +1 (815) 542-3417. Process contacts opt in by texting START or sending a first message to the process number. Consent text explains that Front Street Partners may send account and workspace notifications and conversational administrative messages; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; and consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You can text HELP for help at any time. You can text STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from that campaign unless you opt in again.
