For conversational messages, we collect and store the mobile numbers of participating process contacts, the message content needed to continue each conversation, and consent records for every number — including how and when it opted in (for example, the inbound START or first message), message preferences, and HELP or STOP history.
You can text HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
